$253.00 per home each quarter, which is $1,012.00 per year. Quarterly invoices post to your account on this site.
How do I pay?
Sign in and pay from your dashboard by bank account or by credit card. Your total is shown before you confirm. You can also turn on autopay so each quarterly invoice is paid on its due date.
What happens if I pay late?
A $25.00 late fee is added 30 days after the due date.
I am closing on a home in Emerald Lakes. How do I get an estoppel certificate?
Use the Estoppel Request button at the top of this page. Title companies and closing attorneys can order and pay online, and the completed certificate is emailed to the address on the request.
